Meet Chaston
Chaston Marcos will always find a way to help others. It’s the thread that runs through his life from his childhood on Oahu to his career today as one of Maui’s rising luxury real estate professionals.
Born and raised on Oahu, Chaston grew up in a close-knit family with two sisters, a stepdad who worked as a plumber, and a mom who worked as a nurse. Family was everything, and so were the lessons it instilled: humility, resilience, and the importance of service. His mom had him volunteer at Kaiser hospitals, where he discovered a deep passion for helping people. Sports were another formative force. From volleyball and basketball to track and football, team athletics taught him the value of collaboration, something that would later define how he works with clients.
After graduating from Roosevelt High School, Chaston studied business at the University of Hawai‘i and then the University of Southern Maine, where he earned his BS in Business. Real estate became the natural path, giving him both the freedom to build his own future and the opportunity to connect with people from all walks of life. He first earned his broker’s license in Maine before making a pivotal decision in 2022: moving to Maui to grow his business as a solo agent.
On Maui, Chaston has carved out a niche in luxury real estate, building a reputation for honesty, energy, and a client-first approach. His philosophy is simple yet powerful: focus on what matters most to his clients, ask the questions no one else asks, and never shy away from a challenge. Whether it’s guiding a first-time homebuyer or helping a multimillion-dollar client find their dream retreat, his commitment is the same: trust, service, and results. Chaston’s career milestones include closing sales over $5 million, joining masterminds and real estate networks across the globe, and leading a team of agents and assistants who share his vision. He knows firsthand the challenge of running a business and has embraced the lesson that success comes from the people you surround yourself with.
Beyond real estate, Chaston is just as driven. You’ll often find him surfing, diving, hiking, or on the court playing basketball or volleyball. Photography and reading give him balance, fueling the creativity and focus he brings to his clients.
Looking ahead, Chaston’s goals are clear: to rank among the top 3% of agents on Maui, help local families stay rooted in Hawai‘i, and serve as a bridge for luxury clients from around the world.
