Chaston Marcos will always find a way to help others. It's the thread that runs through his life, from his childhood on Oahu to his career today as one of Maui's leading real estate professionals.
Born and raised on Oahu, Chaston grew up in a close-knit family with two sisters, a stepdad who worked as a plumber, and a mom who worked as a nurse. Family was everything, and so were the lessons it instilled: humility, resilience, and the importance of service. His mom had him volunteer at Kaiser hospitals, where he discovered a deep passion for helping people. Sports were another formative force, from volleyball and basketball to track and football, team athletics taught him the value of collaboration, something that would later define how he works with clients.
After graduating from Roosevelt High School, Chaston studied business at the University of Hawai'i before transferring to the University of Southern Maine, where he earned his BS in Business. Real estate became the natural path, a way to build his own future while connecting with people from all walks of life.
On Maui, Chaston is a REALTOR® with Keller Williams Realty Maui, specializing in Wailea, Kapalua, Kaanapali, Wailuku, Kihei, and Makena real estate. He works with a wide range of clients, mainland buyers relocating from the mainland, local families, and luxury clients from around the world bringing deep knowledge of neighborhood pricing trends, HOA and zoning nuances, and the realities of buying or selling on an island with limited inventory. His philosophy is simple: focus on what matters most to his clients, ask the questions no one else asks, and never shy away from a challenge.
Chaston has closed over $40 million in sales and helped more than 30 families buy or sell across Maui. He was named Rookie of the Year in 2022, has been recognized among Keller Williams Realty Maui's top producers every year since, and served on the Keller Williams Realty Maui board of directors and Agent Leadership Council (ALC). He's also ranked as one of Maui's top real estate agents on social media, having built the Living Maui Hawaii brand, a YouTube channel, Instagram presence, and weekly newsletter, into a resource that keeps clients informed before, during, and after their transaction.
